• Advanced Access

  Founder's Pack Advanced Access runs from September 30 through October 4, 2026.

• Global Launch

  Oct 5

  The official global launch is October 5, 2026 at 6:00 AM PDT / 13:00 UTC.

• Steam

  The global Windows PC version is available through Steam.

• PURPLE

  The global Windows PC version is also available through NCSoft's PURPLE launcher.

• Shared Progress

  Steam and PURPLE use the same servers, and linked accounts can access the same characters and progression on both launchers.

• Global Mobile

  The global service currently officially supports Steam and PURPLE on Windows PC rather than a global mobile client.

AION 2 Servers

Check AION 2 global regions, faction-specific servers and Elyos-versus-Asmodian server matchmaking. Server pairings can change over time, so this section should be maintained from official announcements rather than treated as a permanent static list.

• Europe

  Updated

  Europe uses separate Elyos and Asmodian servers; additional European servers including Yustiel, Marchutan, Ariel and Azphel were announced during Advanced Access.

• NA West

  The initial Advanced Access pairing is Elyos Siel versus Asmodian Israphel.

• NA East

  Initial pairings include Siel versus Israphel and Nezekan versus Zikel.

• Latin America

  Initial pairings include Siel versus Israphel and Nezekan versus Zikel.

• Asia

  The initial Advanced Access pairing is Elyos Siel versus Asmodian Israphel.

• Cross-Server

  Official announcements state that instanced content including dungeons is available cross-server.

AION 2 Dungeons

Preview the Expedition dungeons officially showcased for AION 2 global. These encounters support parties of up to five players and provide clear targets for future boss, mechanic and dungeon preparation guides.

• Krao Cave

  An up-to-five-player Expedition set in a former Lepharist laboratory where the experimental subject Berk has awakened.

• Urugugu Canyon

  An up-to-five-player Expedition centered on the sacred canyon and the awakened divine bird Auldor.

• Fire Temple

  An up-to-five-player Expedition featuring traps, Watchers and the shadow surrounding Kromede.

• Draupnir

  An up-to-five-player Expedition where Transcendent Bakarma has been changed by an unknown Abyss power.

AION 2 System Requirements

Check the official AION 2 PC requirements before downloading the global client. Both minimum and recommended specifications require Windows 10 or 11, DirectX 12 and 100 GB of available storage.

AION 2 Factions and PvP

Understand the Elyos and Asmodian faction structure before selecting a server in AION 2. The two factions live on separate servers but meet opponents from paired servers in cross-faction content such as the Abyss and Spacetime Rifts.

• Elyos

  One of AION 2's two playable factions, with faction-specific servers in each supported region.

• Asmodians

  One of AION 2's two playable factions, housed on separate servers from Elyos players.

• Abyss

  A cross-faction space where players can encounter opponents from their currently paired enemy server.

• Spacetime Rifts

  Official server matchmaking information identifies Spacetime Rifts as another mode where the opposing faction can be encountered.

• Server Pairing

  Elyos and Asmodian servers are paired for cross-faction competition, and NCSoft states that these pairings may change over time.

AION 2 Pets and Mounts
